Because BUER Marketplace products are digital downloads, they cannot be physically returned. We review refund requests fairly according to the conditions below.
1. Eligible Refund Situations
You may contact us for help or a refund review if the purchased file cannot be downloaded, the file is corrupted, the wrong product was delivered, or the product materially differs from its description.
We may first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a working download link, replacement file, usage guidance, or corrected product access.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available for completed digital downloads due to change of mind, accidental purchase after successful access, lack of compatible software, or failure to read the product description before purchase.
Redistribution, license abuse, chargeback misuse, or suspicious account activity may result in account restrictions.
3. How to Request Support
Contact us at buerimprovement@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number, product name, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots.
After verification, we will provide support, replacement access, or an approved refund to the original payment method where applicable.
